Occasionally software problems build up to the point where a TPCSC system rebuild may be the only solution. This includes removal of viruses, reformatting the hard disk, completelyreinstalling the operating system and applications, and installing the latest system updates and hardware drivers. We would also make recommendations on any faults not covered by the rebuild, and on options for upgrading your hardware and software.

This may arise if your computer has a problem that can’t be resolved by telephone support or Remote Access. Our courier service collects your computer and ancillaries and delivers them to our workshop. We then arrange repair if possible, or advise on an alternative solution.

The anti-virus programmes that we recommend are generally very reliable, but no programme will guarantee absolute immunity. Occasionally a computer that has been subject to a major or multiple attack will require top-to-bottom disinfection. This can be carried out either on site or at our workshop.
