Our basic service package is sufficient to solve most computer problems.
For the (relatively rare) occasions when your computers need more
serious attention, we have a range of service options which are
charged for separately.
Our three service levels offer progressive discounts for users with
larger numbers of computers – Bronze for one computer, Silver
for two or three and Gold for between four and ten.
All subscriptions include:
- Telephone support (at national/local rate) from 8.00 am to 6.00
pm
- Remote Access support from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Advice on buying hardware, software and consumables
- Advice on upgrading hardware, software and peripherals
- Help with manufacturers in case of hardware failure
- Help with your ISP
- A manual, full of good advice and useful information

- A dedicated members’ area on the TPCSC website, containing
information,
software updates and e-newsletters

- Reduced Call-Out charges

- AVAST Anti-virus software and updates
- Sygate Personal Firewall software and updates
- Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5
- Spyguard (which prevents users of spyware from tracking your
internet movements) and updates
- TPCSC’s own remote access software (provided you have a
broadband connection)
- Updates of drivers for peripherals (on request)
- Donation of your computer’s idle time to Cancer Research
or SETI (subject to your approval)
