This service is used when a problem can’t be resolved by telephone or Remote Access, and when you prefer not to send your computer to us. Our engineer will visit you and evaluate your problem, agree a solution and, if possible, repair the machine on site. If this proves impossible (for instance, because it needs workshop facilities), we will recommend an alternative solution.

The anti-virus programmes that we recommend are generally very reliable, but no programme will guarantee absolute immunity. Occasionally a computer that has been subject to a major or multiple attack will require top-to-bottom disinfection. This can be carried out either on site or at our workshop.
